Thanks. It was awesome! I got over my nerves of riding, though I had trouble with that darn U-turn. :-P But I'm ready to get on a bike again and get more experience under my belt. I will pass on the word about the other classes. Thanks for being patient with me. I did have fun!

I have been a backseat passenger since I was old enough to reach the pegs, never in the front.  Not even on a quad.  I liked it that way, planned on keeping it that way.  Passenger point of view was all I knew going into my BRC course.  As the manager of Second Skin, I was so glad to hear that we were getting a Rider's Ed course here in town.  As a business, we were happy to support the course & help spread the word.  Then I decided that I should maybe take the course I'd been referring people out to & be able to put a personal touch on it.  Plus it may give me a new perspective when ordering riding gear for the store.  I went in with that attitude.  If I passed, great.  If I didn't, at least I'd learn something.  If I wrecked please God don't let it be serious.  Classroom time went by quick & off to the range I went excited & more than a little nervous.  Recalling how clumsy & accident prone I am, I had tons of "Funniest Home Video" type visions dancing in my head.  Steve & Trina quickly put you at ease.  Starting with rocking the bike, then walking it, I quickly realized that they were not as big, scary & heavy as I'd made them out to be.  Next thing I knew, I had both feet up on the pegs & was finding 2nd & 3rd gear without a problem.  Woo-hoo.  It's true, by the end of the first day I was riding.  It was great!  My nerves were gone until time to take the test, which I passed despite of me.  I'm off to get my M endorsement.  So much for liking the backseat, I'm looking for my own bike.

You guys make what you do fun for all. Thanks to your program I can now ride legally. I had a lot of fun, and learned a lot of great infromation from the school. I will recommend your program to who ever is in need of a licence or just an education on riding safety. I wish you both well, and keep the shiny side of the bikes up.

Trina, I want to thank you for your class. Some how I managed to pass. Due to all the trainers help. My husband passed away in March of this year and I thought I would try something new. I hadn't been on a motorcycle in thirty years and then only once. YOU CAN TEACH AN OLD DOG NEW TRICKS... I didn't let you know until the second day that I was going thru a MS attack. I have only had MS for a few years. Normally I have a little numbness in the hands and some speech problems. My thinking was delayed and I was in a lot of pain. I STILL PASSED..... Thanks for spending the extra time with me so I could get thru the class. My son and I have both gone to your class now and we ride together. For my next birthday (I'll be 60) I plan on getting myself a larger bike... thanks again Carolyn...

My son really wanted me to buy a motorcycle so that we could go on rides and trips together. I was terrified of being out among all the crazy motorists, having heard many horror stories about motorcycle riders vs. cars accidents, where the car driver "didn't see them" or some similar "cause". But I also really wanted to get out with my son and other friends who LOVE riding their motorcycles. So I signed up for the basic rider course. I am thrilled that I did, because not only were the instructors awesome - very knowledgeable and very committed to your safety and enjoyment of riding. That alone would be a great reason to attend, but the course itself provided me with so much knowledge, as well as the chance to learn and improve riding skills that I use every day, that I am no longer "terrified" to get out on the road with the cars. The instructors gave us all kinds of information to help us know how to avoid being in a potentially bad situation. I now know what to look for and how to make myself "seen" by the other vehicles on the road, and can really enjoy getting out and riding. And the riding skills that we learned make it easy to maneuver my bike because I now know how to position myself to get my bike to do what I need it to do. I highly recommend Ride Arizona MTC to anyone who rides or is considering buying a motorcycle.

Rarely do you actually have a blast, while in the process of learning something. Well I did with this course. The instructors where such much fun to work with, theres no way you can not enjoy the experience.

I would encourage everyone, regardless of your level of experience to take one of their courses.

If you've wanted to learn to ride, this is the place. If you need to brush up on some skills and get new ones, this is the place. If you've been riding for 30 years and know it all. Go talk to Trina and you'd be surprised what you didn't know.

I would say more, but I have to go out and brush up on some new techniques I learned. As well as watching out for cows.

What a great class! I am in my 60's and haven't ridden for about 25 years. Not only had I forgotten things, but learned things I never knew as a "self-taught" rider. Trina and Steve are very professional, personable and made sure that I understood the techniques for safe and enjoyable riding.
